PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

All Consultations Include:

-A Design Sketch

-Fabric Choices 

-Measurements 

-A Price Quote 

-A Custom Order Form Agreement 

Inspiration photos are welcome but I do NOT duplicate other designers work.

PRICING:  Gown Pricing starts at $500. Got an ugly dress? Leave it to Arné to REIMAGINE your dress for your special day. My Fairy Prom Mother Service starts at $200. 

PAYMENTS: All consultation fees are non-refundable. It will go towards your order. ALL gown payments will be split into (2): A Deposit & Final Payment (unless you decide to pay in full). The deposit varies and depends on the overall cost of materials. Gown payments will be made via PayPal Invoice or my website ; www.shoparne.store ONLY.

LOCAL CLIENTS: (Monroe, La) After purchasing a consultation a link will be sent for you to book a time and date to come in for measurements. A private address will be provided within 24 hours of booking. 

NON-LOCAL CLIENTS: All virtual consultations will be held virtually via zoom or facetime. Please be prepared to visit your local Dillards or bridal shop for free measurements OR purchase a tape measure as I will guide you on how to take your own measurements. Tape measures can be found at Walmart or your nearest craft store like Michaels.

RESCHEDULING: A 24 hour notice is required in order to reschedule your consultation. Failure to do so will result in blocked access to future bookings. I allow a 15 minute grace period for being late, after that a $15 late fee charge is added to your future invoice/balance. No shows will result into blocked access to future bookings.

Prom Orders are processed within 2-8weeks. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once custom orders are cut and sewn, NO changes can be made unless it is for alterations for sizing. Once a custom order is completely finished, photo and video updates will be sent to the client. Out of town residents please be prepared to have additional alterations made, should any fit issues arise.

WHEN PURCHASING FROM ARNÉ LLC YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PURCHASES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE OR CUSTOMIZED BY HAND. FOR SCAMMERS / DISPUTE DECEPTICONS, PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE SUBMITTED TO YOUR BANK FOR FRAUD. GOD BLESS!
